For customers without video capabilities, HEGG can also schedule a phone call to review your project. Prior to the meeting, you may be asked to send a picture of your current windows or doors and details about what you are looking for. This helps us better prepare for the appointment and maximize our time together
At the day and time of the appointment, our team member will reach out to you via the preferred method (Zoom, FaceTime or Phone) and discuss your project with you. This will include reviewing any photos/details you provided, outlining the HEGG replacement process and going over product options that could suit your needs.
After the virtual appointment, you can expect to receive a quote for your project via email. If you have any questions or would like to move forward with your project, your consultant will schedule a follow-up call to review the next steps.
