This past month has been a whirlwind for us all, and like you, HEGG has had to adjust to the “new normal” that Covid19 has presented us with. We remain intent on serving our customers the best way possible while at the same time keeping health and safety at the forefront.
To our customers with pending installations, please know our team is working diligently to get your project completed as soon as possible. You will receive a phone call and email from our office administrator to update you on the status of your installation as well as a tentative installation date. During installations, our team is taking every precaution in order to keep everyone involved healthy and safe. HEGG proudly uses employee installers, and because of that, we can regularly check temperatures, provide masks, and mandate frequent sanitizer use. While at the job sites, our installers are practicing social distancing whenever possible, and we will work from the outside as much as the project allows. We are closely monitoring all of our employee’s health to ensure that everyone is in good health, and we will complete your project with all parties’ health in mind.
To those interested in starting a window or door project, we are still here to help. We have transitioned our in-person sales meetings to virtual appointments for the health and safety of your family as well as ours. Virtual appointments take place via Zoom or FaceTime, and these meetings allow us to answer your questions and get you pricing for your project.
