Setting up your Quote

HEGG offers a variety of windows and doors to accommodate your needs, including wood, vinyl, fiberglass, and aluminum, and all products are made to order so they can be as custom or standard as your project requires. We offer in-person appointments at your home so we can assess your project thoroughly and work with you to develop the perfect solution, and our estimates are always free and have no obligation. We also have a showroom in Dublin that is open throughout the week, so you are welcome to stop by to look at our windows and doors. Your Project Consultation

Here at HEGG, we offer a no-pressure, informative consultation experience in order to answer your questions and provide you with a quote for your project. We understand that home improvement projects can seem overwhelming, so we try to make things as simple as possible. You will meet with one of our qualified team members in order to ensure that you receive the information that you are looking for. After discussing your needs, we will provide you with a specific quote for your project. If you are considering several options, such as different product lines or dividing the project into phases, we can make sure you receive multiple quote versions explaining the details so you can have all the information you need to make the decision that is best for you. There is no pressure to decide on the spot, and many customers choose to schedule a follow-up visit to our showroom to review the windows/doors that were quoted. We want to make sure you feel comfortable with the decision you are making, and our team works hard to answer any questions you have and help you feel confident and at ease.

 

Purchasing from HEGG

When a customer chooses to do his or her project with HEGG, our team begins working hard to make that project a reality as quickly and seamlessly as possible. The first step is signing the contract for the project, which typically includes a 50% deposit to get everything underway. This deposit can be done via check or through our credit card portal here. Our project manager will visit your home to verify all measurements and make sure that HEGG comes prepared for the day of the installation, and once everything is processed, you will hear from our office team regarding the next steps and timing for your project. We pride ourselves on our communication processes, so we will stay in touch with you throughout the period between when you sign your contract and the installation date. Preparing for the Installation

Installation day often comes with jitters, especially for those experiencing the replacement process for the first time, so HEGG is with you every step of the way to prepare for the installation. Our office administrator will call and email you several times leading up to the installation to coordinate the dates and times as well as answer any questions that you may have related to your project. While each installation is unique, there are some general guidelines we provide to prepare for installation, and our office administrator will make sure you have those guidelines and that all your questions are answered before the start of installation.

 

Installation Day

When installation day arrives, we want to ensure that we go above and beyond to complete your project. HEGG is proud to have employee installation teams with years of industry experience so you can trust that your project is in good hands. When the team arrives, our lead installer will introduce himself to you and discuss the plan for the project as well as answer any questions that may arise. Projects typically last from half a day to a week, and our office administrator will review the allotted time frame with you when scheduling the installation. After the installation, our lead installer will complete a project checklist with you and show you how to operate your new windows and doors.

Quality Control Inspection

At HEGG, we build our business around customer satisfaction and want to ensure that every project we complete meets our installation standards. Our Quality Control Specialist visits every project immediately after installation to inspect the new windows/doors and note any potential service items that need to be addressed. During this visit, our Quality Control Specialist goes to each window/door and completes a review of the work, and at the end of this appointment, you will receive the warranty paperwork for your project.

Post Installation

Your installation may be completed, but that doesn’t mean HEGG isn’t here to support you however you need. We offer a 100-Year Warranty on our labor, and we back all manufacturer warranties as well.
